It had not occurred to me until Mark kindly mentioned it in an e-mail this morning, that today is really our last chance to have an end-of-year chaplaincy service together. I had been intending to continue the long-standing St. Herman's tradition of the priest taking all of Bright Week to recuperate from Pascha, but it seems to me even more appropriate for us to conclude our academic year with a brief Paschal service and impromptu party! So, sorry for the last-minute notice, but tonight, for all who can make it, we will celebrate the Paschal Hours (a very brief service which replaces Compline during Bright Week) and then celebrate with an end-of-year retrospective in Plato's Cave. Bring your own memories and party food!
